DEAN and Elizabeth spent the afternoon discussing how much
they are looking forward to speaking freely once they leave
the House.
The pair agreed that life under 24-hour surveillance has taken
its toll, leaving them yearning for private banters with friends.
"Sleeping in a room which isn't laced with mirrors!"
Dean said excitedly, imagining his first night on the outside.
"You don't think about it for seven weeks and then it's
'Oh my God!'" he said, referring to how Big Brother's
watchful eye has affected him.
"In here, I'm aware of what I say," Dean continued.
"If I say something which could be deemed as sexist [my
friends] would know I'm not."
"I've talked about cannabis and religion, but even when
I'm doing it there's a voice going 'careful'," he said.
Elizabeth assured Dean that she shared his fears. "It's
wearying," she told him. "But you have to say what
you think."
"Or rather not think!" Dean added. "A couple
of times I've said something I think is really funny and [the
housemates] haven't got it. My mates would have got it.
"It's going to be really good getting back in the fold,"
he said eagerly.
And he might not have long to wait!
