Who Goes Tonight? YOU Decide!
Tonight, having spent thirteen days in the game, two
of the three nominees will be evicted from the Big Brother
House in the first evictions of Celebrity Big Brother 7. But
will there be a surprise result?
Before it was announced that Heidi Fleiss, Lady Sovereign
and Katia Ivanova were up for eviction, many fans thought
that Alex would be up and therefore get evicted. However,
since then – and against all the odds – fans seemed
to have warmed to him a bit, probably because of his relationship-with
and admiration-of Vinnie.
Anyway, the muscleman only received one nomination at the
First Round and is therefore safe, but when the nominees were
announced by Channel 4 on Sunday night, a day earlier than
usual, it seemed obvious to us that Katia would go due to
her treatment of Jonas.
The fact that the Kazakhstani model hasn't said anything
intelligent and does that annoying little laugh seemingly
every time she speaks, has also grated on fans. So, Kat's
definitely a goner, but who will join her tonight?
When it was subsequently revealed that there would be a double
eviction this week, it seemed likely that Heidi would be joining
Kat. We say that because the American businesswoman is lazy,
sometimes bossy, possibly a bit too honest and, let's face
it, she's not exactly a picture to look at! (harsh, but true).
However, a week is a long time in the Big Brother House,
and since then, fans have gone off Lady Sovereign to an extent,
mainly because she's shown a petulant/ slightly nasty side
over the past few days.
Polls say that Katia and Heidi will go, and we actually bet
on that outcome earlier in the week – visit our Betting
Zone section to find-out how much we stand to win. However,
at the time of writing, at least one bookie reckons that Kat
and Sov will go home tonight.
This contradicts our Poll, but you have to take into account
that a lot of people vote in the actual public telephone vote
towards the end of the week, whereas our eviction Poll began
several days ago before anyone started disliking Sov.
So, who stays, who goes? YOU decide!
You have until around 9.30pm tonight, Friday the 15th of
January 2010, to register your vote. You can find the telephone
voting numbers here.
Don't forget to tune-in to the two Channel 4 shows at 9pm
and 10.35pm tonight to see who gets the boot. Oh, and if you
think we might be right with our suggestion that Kat and Sov
could go, you can currently get odds of 10/11 on that outcome
(although bear in mind that the odds change all the time).
This means that if successful, a £30 bet on that pair
in the 'Double Eviction' market would net you a £27
profit (plus your stake back), and a £100 bet would
net you a profit of £90. If, however, you think that
Katia and Heidi will go, as-per the Polls, you would win £33
and £110 respectively. The betting is pretty close to
be honest.
It's quick-and-easy to place a bet online; see our Betting
Zone section for more details and find-out how you can
get yourself a FREE BET of up to £25.
UPDATE: Since we published this article, the odds reverted
back to what they were earlier in the week, and Heidi and
Kat became the favourites to go again. However, the actual
result was close in the end, and Lady Sov was very nearly
evicted.
