Verne's Got A 'Blankee'

Okay, we know that Verne is the size of a small child, but the news that he owns a toddler-style 'blankee' came as a bit of a shock tonight!

When the tipsy Austin Powers star went to bed early in a bit of a strop, La Toya entered the bedroom and spotted him cuddling a cashmere baby blanket.

"Please don't tell anybody," pleaded the little fella, stating that it reminded him of home before burying his face in the soft, brown comforter.

La Toya – who's wacko brother Michael has a kid affectionately called 'Blanket' – then asked if she could sniff the personal item. This she duly did, but the singer didn't comment on the smell before wrapping her 40-year-old peer up in it.

The thing is, you could understand a housemate taking such an item into the Big Brother House to remind them of their partner, because it would carry the other person's smell. However, presumably Verne's blankee just smells of himself... in other words, his own B.O.?

Um, all of sudden we've gone from thinking 'Aww' to thinking 'Eww!'
