Tina: "I'm Bigger Than Verne"

Although she didn't actually say it outright, Tina effectively claimed that she's a bigger star than Verne tonight.

Okay, so not many viewers will have known the name Verne Troyer before Celebrity Big Brother 6, but loads would instantly recognise the 2ft 8in dwarf from his role as 'Mini-me' in the Austin Powers movies.

However, Tina told some of her peers that she had no idea who fellow thespian Verne was before coming into the House, adding, "No-one knows who Verne is".

Michelle immediately disagreed, stating that the public will know Verne from the two Mike Myers movies that he starred in. "Well, I've never heard of him," spat Tina.

The mouthy 'Shameless' star later told the girls: "I don't care how famous he is," before nonchalantly declaring that she's in Channel 4's biggest show (which is an exaggeration).

Let's see: comedy-drama Shameless, about to begin its 6th season, gets around 2 million viewers. The two Austin Powers movies that Verne was in pulled-in over 75 million cinema-goers and grossed around half-a-billion dollars at the box office.

So, who's bigger... the actor behind Mini-Me or the actress behind Mimi Maguire? Well, if you're talking about the size of their gob and ego, there's absolutely no contest!
