2nd Evictee: It's Tina Malone

After 15 days in the game, Tina Malone has become the 2nd Evictee of Celebrity Big Brother 6. The Liverpudlian actress received 38.8% in the four-way public vote, a figure very close to the 41% recorded by our own Poll.

With everyone gathered together on the sofas waiting to hear from Davina, the four nominees – Michelle, Mutya, Tina and Ulrika – were sat next to one another in anticipation. It goes without saying that the long-standing BB Host gave the customary tension-building pause before revealing who was about to leave the House.

When Tina's name was called, the Shameless star screamed, "Yeees," then stood up, laughed hysterically and shed a few tears of relief before hugging the surviving nominees in turn.

"I told you I was gonna' go... I'm made up (happy)," stated the sonorous Scouser, before giving some of her other peers a hug and preparing herself to go.

When it came time to leave, the 46-year-old headed straight for the door as the countdown began. There, she received a quick hug from Terry, Ulrika and Mutya, before making her way up the exit stairs without prolonging her goodbye.

As the famous double doors opened, Tina gave a smile as the sound of the crowd hit her – a mixed reaction – before being met by Davina McCall. An extended pose for the waiting photographers, and just one interview stood between Tina and freedom.
