Who Goes Tonight? YOU decide!
After having spent 8 nights in the Big Brother House, either
George Galloway, Jodie Marsh or Pete burns will be kicked-out
tonight in the first eviction of Celebrity Big Brother 4.
As soon as the nominees were announced a few days ago, polls
indicated that the public were gunning for Jodie and wanted
to see the back of her.
Her constant blubbing and self-pity hasn't endeared her to
the public, which was the main reason she entered the House
i.e. to try and change perceptions.
In her defence though, January marks the anniversary of the
tragic death of a close friend; frankly, BB probably shouldn't
have let her participate.
Indeed, perhaps Jodie herself should have declined? That
said, she has admitted that she needs the cash.
Mouth-almighty Pete holds around 20-25% in most polls around
the 'net, so it looks like he's safe this week. Although he's
undoubtedly a controversial character in everything does and
says, it seems that the public like his brutal honesty...
to an extent.
So where does that leave old 'Gorgeous George', the second
most famous person in the house according to him?
Well, since he and Michael challenged Jodie and have subsequently
gossiped about her regularly, his popularity (a bit of a misnomer
when talking about politicians) has gone down. He is now a
close second to Jodie in the unpopularity stakes.
Although he probably thinks that he's been imparting wisdom
to the younger members of the group, some would say that the
rebel MP's behaviour (along with Michael's) constitutes borderline
bullying.
Anyway, to summarise: George almost certainly wants to win,
Jodie still wants to go and Pete couldn't give a stuff what
happens!
So, who stays, who goes? As always, that's down to you, so
make sure you register your vote and help raise money for
charity in the process.
And don't forget to tune-in to Channel 4 at 9pm tonight,
Friday the 13th of January 2006, to watch the live show with
Davina.
