Who Goes Tonight? YOU Decide!
Tonight, having lasted 51 days in the game, either Darnell,
Mohamed or Rebecca will join the five contestants who've exited
via the stairs and the couple that left via the back door,
and be sent packing by Big Bro.
Actually, even though the entity will instruct them to leave,
it's got nothing to do with Big Brother at all, as the public
decide who goes... and we don't think that will be Darnell
tonight.
Although the songwriter can switch from being humble and
profound to moody and aggressive at the drop of a hat, he
had the least number of votes in our 'Who Do You Want Evicted?'
Poll (15%). Fellow nominee Mohamed, who is arguably treated
badly by some of his peers but is the most lazy and greedy
housemate ever, had 24%.
However, Rebecca has a whopping 63% in our Poll and unless
there's an almighty cock-up with the phone lines, the 21-year-old
Coventry girl will almost certainly leave tonight as the 6th
Evictee of Big Brother 9.
The interesting thing is that we also ran a simultaneous
hypothetical 'Who Would You Vote To Save?' Poll this week,
and while Darnell was way ahead on 47%, it wasn't Rebecca
at the bottom, it was Mohamed.
Indeed, Mo got just 20% to Bex's 33%, so if the public vote
had been to 'vote to save' this week as it effectively is
on Finale night (as opposed vote to evict), Rebecca may well
have survived. What this really shows is that the public are
largely apathetic towards Mo – they don't care one way
or another if he stays.
That's pretty-much how we feel at this stage, although we
do feel a bit guilty for saying it because although we've
suggested that Mo does nothing, he has at least been part
of the friction over the past seven weeks and there are others
in the House who've quite literally said-or-done nothing
of interest (cough, Rachel, Maysoon).
So, although we're not really ready to see the back of nudity-prone
nursery nurse just yet, we accept that most fans have had
enough Bex's behaviour now. Therefore, it's not worth going
over the reasons for getting-rid of her again as we did here,
as they probably outnumber the reasons for keeping her to
be frank!
