'Heaven & Hell' Week Explained
Actually, we say 'explained' in the title, but Big Bruv has
provided us with the minimum of information to be frank.
All we know is that the whole of next week will be themed,
just like 'fake week' was last year. On that occasion, the
all-seeing entity messed with the group by implementing a
fake eviction and even putting a fake housemate in (Pauline,
supposedly from the Australian show, but really an actress).
This weekend, the housemates will vote for a Head of House,
someone who'll control everything and gain immunity from eviction
for their trouble. Let's just hope it's not someone wussy
like Kat or Rachel, who will likely break down in tears if
they have to be nasty to their peers.
The contestant group will then be split into two separate
groups – those in Heaven and those in Hell – and
the Big Brother House will be physically divided.
It goes without saying that the 'heavenly housemates' get
the use of the swimming pool, comfy bedroom and luxury bathroom,
while those on the other side of the fence have to sleep in
the basic bedroom, cook all the food and take cold showers...
out in the garden!
Fans seem to have forgotten that during the Launch show,
Davina showed us a padded cell and talked about solitary confinement.
Also, the day before the series started we published this
article hinting that the glass pod in the garden would come
into play in around four weeks time.
It's a week-or two late, but it looks like its time has now
come. If you don't know what we're referring-to here, have
a look in the garden for the red/ blue extrusion near the
curved end of the pool, which has a glass frontage and two
seats inside.
It looks like a gunge tank to us, but it could be somewhere
for the 'housemates from hell' to go and nominate in front
of everyone; it has to be something to do with H&H week
surely?
In the USA version of the show the housemates choose a Head
of House every week, although it's an idea that has never
been tried here before. That said, the moniker was
used during Big Brother 4, when Ray Shah was named Head of
House and had to nominate three people for eviction.
Still, never has one person had so much power (notwithstanding
the entity that is Big Brother), so choose your leader carefully,
housemates...
