We've Backed Kathreya To Win
We won our first punt of the series last week when we bet
on the 1st Eviction, so we've decided to back a Winner today:
Kathreya.
Our bet on Steph to be the first person evicted from the
Big Brother House paid-off, but more by luck than judgement.
We say that because we placed the bet early in the week, but
public opinion started changing mid-week.
Still, even though it was a somewhat controversial outcome
due to the alleged voting line problems, Mario survived and
we made £45 profit when Steph got the boot. Our initial
instinct about her leaving first was right.
Today, we've decided to back Kat to win the series, having
considered all the evidence so far.
Firstly, the mad massage therapist got the biggest cheers
when she entered the House on Day 1, and was an instant hit
with fans. Also, the 'Big Brother's Big Mouth' audience loved
her on Launch night, with one guy dubbing her the Winner (see
here).
At the first round of nominations Kat didn't received a single
nomination (admittedly, neither did Dale, Luke, Michael, Rachel
or Rebecca), but in our latest Home page Poll – asking
who's your fave of the remaining fourteen housemates –
Kat is ahead, with Luke being the only challenger at this
time.
Of course, things may change over the coming 11 weeks, but
we've decided to have a punt on Kat as we can't imagine her
doing anything that would annoy the public, whereas Luke definitely
has the potential to become tiresome.
If you fancy having a flutter on this series, don't forget
that you can get yourself a Free £25 Bet from two different
companies, just check-out our Betting
Zone section for the relevant links. It's quick and easy
to bet online, even if you've never placed a bet in your life.
It's also a bit of fun.
Don't forget to visit our Betting
Zone periodically to see how we're doing throughout the
series on the betting front; we usually end-up making the
best part of a 'grand by the time the Finale is over. Fingers
crossed!
