Big Brother Dishes-out Gifts

Big Brother has obviously woken-up on the right side of its metaphorical bed today, as the all-seeing entity laid on a slap-up breakfast for the housemates this morning and has provided them all with gifts.

Sixth Head of House Rex received a bottle of vintage champagne, which he vowed to share with his peers but later changed his mind. A rather sycophantic Lisa suggested that it was Big Bro's way of thanking the rich chef for being such a great Head of House. Yeah, yeah.

Somewhat predictably, Kat was given a decorated cookie jar filled to the brim with her favourite confectionary. "Happy, happy house," squealed the child-like 30-year-old!

Darnell was given an ipod to listen to, which he immediately threw to the ground in a tantrum, but later enjoyed using.

Rachel received a mini-hamper of grapes, Mikey got smoothies and a bar of chocolate and Sara received a letter from her younger sister in Australia, which made her burst into tears.

Mohamed was given a massive pizza, which got the 24-year-old a bit miffed due to the 'greedy' connotations. He still ate it though!

But the best gift went to Lisa, who got the gift of love, as real-life partner and former housemate Mario Marconi appeared in the garden to propose marriage. All together now... Aww!
