Concern Over 'Fake Couple' Ruse

Yesterday, Big Bro set four of the newbie housemates a secret mission, exactly what we said would happen in our exclusive news story published prior to the Launch show. However, less than 24 hours in, there's already concern about the likely success of the ruse.

If they fail BB's mini-task, in-which Lisa, Luke, Mario and Steph must make their peers believe that the last two are an item, all four will face eviction on Friday. If they pass, however, everyone else will be up.

So, seeing as there's a lot riding on it, Mario had a little chat with Steph last night and told the youngster that he was worried she might blow it, mainly 'cos she's sceptical herself that he and Lisa are a real couple (they are).

Consequently, the big guy asked Steph to make sure they're out-of earshot of everyone else if she wants to cross-check him.

This morning, when sat out in the garden, Mario expressed his concern to Luke and Lisa, telling the latter, "You've got to be our eyes," meaning their snout; someone to feedback what the other housemates are saying about the fake relationship.

Lisa then recounted how Stephanie came-up to her last night, asked if she was okay and then gave her the thumbs-up. However, Dennis noticed that something was going-on and questioned the move. Lisa managed to fob him off.

Mario suggested that everyone would start to get suspicious if he didn't show Steph any affection sometime soon, and in response his real partner Lisa said, "Well I'm playing the single card... I'm probably overdoing it and starting to attract people".

We knew this was going to be a good (and predictably complicated) task!
