Slap (Not So) Happy

For the first couple of days this series, all we heard about was hair, nails and make-up. Today, almost a week on, it seemed like the topic of conversation hadn't really moved-on...

For Amanda (or was it Sam?) was advised that she should ditch the slap and go au naturel.

To us, her make-up isn't that bad and we've certainly seen worse before in the Big Brother House. However Laura and Chanelle, not happy with the amount she wears, were adamant that the social work assistant would look better without it.

However, in response to their suggestion Mandy replied, "But you've got make-up on, haven't you?"

Chanelle claimed that she'd toned hers down now and Laura tried to convince the youngster again, telling her, "Personally, I think you're beautiful enough not to wear (make-up). You can do what you want, all I'm saying is: don't wear it every day".

And before the teen could reply, Lauz added wryly, "Just because I don't wear it and I look a state, doesn't mean you shouldn't". Her message, although not put across in a particularly clear way, was: 'you'd look better than me with none on!'

Obviously, however, Amanda wouldn't want to differentiate herself too much from her Twin; and just in case you're still having problems working-out which one is which, Sam is the brainy one. You know, the one with noticeably more savvy, common sense and intelligence than the other.

Oh, you're still none the wiser? He he.
