Eleventh Nominations In Detail: Pete
By the time of the eleventh and final round of nominations
on Day 82, there were just six contestants left in the game
and the nominations procedure was a normal one.
Pete was the fifth person to nominate this week and entered
the Diary Room his usual mad, chirpy self, crouching on the
golden chair ready to give his nominations.
His first nominee was Imogen, who's name was followed by
a Tourette's tick complete with meow! In justifying his choice,
Pete suggested that Imogen doesn't have the ability to lose
her inhibitions, saying, "Sometimes she is a bit too
wrapped up in the way she looks".
Furthermore, the 24-year-old added, "It's a bit like,
(she) doesn't wanna' ever break out of the pretty girl shell
and kind-of just... get down and dirty... go a bit crazy,"
before stating that she puts-in the least amount of input
in the House.
Thinking about his second choice, Pete rhetorically asked
if he could vote tactically, first mentioning Aisleyne's name
but then realising that he didn't have any good reasons for
nominating her.
So, he deliberated over who he could nominate this week that
would be safe at the next eviction, quickly coming-up with
Glyn's name.
Giving his reasons for nominating Glyn, the musician said
that during the recent cleaning task, the Welshman just danced
around while everyone else was scrubbing away.
Additionally, Pete said, "He farts a lot.... one minute
your sitting there, next minute you've got fart in your face!"
The Tourette's sufferer speculated that Glyn probably wouldn't
be 'up' this week, and even if he was, he wouldn't get evicted.
To re-iterate, Pete's nominations were: Imogen and
Glyn.
