Eleventh Nominations In Detail: Glyn
By the time of the eleventh and final round of nominations
on Day 82, there were just six contestants left in the game
and the nominations procedure was a normal one.
The second person into the Diary Room was Glyn, who had no
problems naming Richard as his first nominee. Surprise, surprise!
"I don't like people talking about my mates in a horrible
sort of way," said the youngster, before bemoaning how
Richard always talks about how much he doesn't like Mikey
and Grace, two of Glyn's best pals.
Glyn then mentioned that Richard sang 'Ding dong, the witch
is dead' when Grace left, and brought-up the incident where
Grace threw water over Suzie, suggesting that Rich won't let
it go. "It's like, 'Get over the fact that she threw
a cup of water'," moaned the schoolboy.
But he wasn't finished there, for Glyn was also unhappy that
Richard still calls him Glen and not Glyn, saying, "Why
doesn't he get it in there (his head) that my name's Glyn?"
For his second nomination Glyn was a bit more reluctant to
name someone, before eventually opting for Pete having decided
that Imogen is his best friend and Aisleyne is too attractive
to nominate.
Saying that he is good friends with Pete, Glyn nevertheless
nominated him because he remembered a time when the former
was talking to Ash and told him to shut up, something Glyn
deemed 'a bit rude'.
Glyn then suggested that Pete gives him dirty looks if he's
with Jennie. "It's not like I'm trying to steal her away
from him... it's just friends," added the Welshman.
To re-iterate, Glyn's nominations were: Richard and
Pete.
