Ninth Nominations In Detail: Michael And Spiral

Instead of being gathered around the sofas and called in one-by-one this week, the housemates were called into the Diary Room in their pairs to nominate due to the 'Best Friends' task.

The couples were asked to nominate just one person between them, and here's who Michael and Spiral chose to nominate, together with the reasons why:

Michael and Spiral chose: Richard

The boys made-out that they knew they'd have to nominate together, but Michael was shocked that they would only be nominating one person and a mini tiff ensued!

Spiral's first choice was Jennie and Michael's was Richard, so it would be a choice between those two.

"Richard in this house makes me feel... I don't feel at ease around him. If the joke's on me he'll laugh as much as he can. I just don't particularly love having him in the house," said Michael about his least favourite peer.

Then Spiral said about his choice, "I want to nominate Jen because of the whole thing last week... she said I talk bulls**t (and) am a negative person and I preach s**te".

Spiral tried to suggest that they should leave Richard alone as he's been up loads of times, but Michael excused Jen's behaviour on the basis of her youth and the fact that she has PMT.

With Spiral accepting that Michael has more reasons to get rid of Rich than he has to get rid of Jennie, they agreed to nominate the former.

Confirming their reason, Spiral said, "He's (Michael) not been treated with respect by Richard when he hasn't done anything wrong... I don't think that's nice to do on somebody".

Their session ended with Michael stating that he was going to make sure the Richard 'thing' wasn't just all in his head.
