The Big Mouths' Verdict On The Newbies
As usual, Davina McCall presented 'Big Brother's Big Mouth'
just after Karly's eviction/ the arrival of the newbies last
night, and the audience gave their opinion on the five newcomers.
Having been asked to hold-up cards displaying either a 'thumbs-up'
symbol (like) or the v-sign (dislike), here's how they voted:
Karly's boyfriend Ken: Around 70% gave Ken
the two-fingered salute, so the audience weren't keen on him
from the off.
Hippy chick Bea: 80% gave her the thumbs-up,
so Bea received a huge welcome from the BBBM bunch.
Gormless gayboy David: About 60% of the
audience gave Dave two-fingers, which is not as much as we
thought he'd get!
Secret Task confuser Hira: The result was
almost unanimous: nearly 90% gave Hira two-fingers, making
her very unpopular right from the start.
Muscleman Tom: It was fairly even for Tom,
although Davina called it as being 'thumbs-up'.
So, the BBBM audience loved Bea, thought Tom was okay, weren't
all that keen on David, heavily disliked Ken, and absolutely
hated Hira.
Mind you, you shouldn't pay too much attention because the
BBBM audience last year decided at the start of Big Brother
9 that Luke was 'Good', Rex was 'Evil', and they were indifferent
to Rachel.
However, as we all know, Luke went out in Week 8, Rex came
4th overall and Rachel actually won!
