Sophie Denies Girlfriend/ Boyfriend Status

Last night Kris was dismissive about his relationship with 'Dogface' Sophie, effectively telling Sree that the blonde ain't his 'bird. Today, Sophie has played things down too.

When asked by Big Brother who she is closest-to in the House, Sophie inevitably named Kris and described the curly-haired 24-year-old as a nice guy who is kind-hearted.

The glamour model went on to say that it can be quite lonely in the House so it's nice to have someone to cuddle, but then added: "I can't say: 'Oh, boyfriend and girlfriend' because we're not boyfriend and girlfriend, (we're) kind-of like, dating, just seeing how things go".

The thing is, some people define dating as two people sharing time together with the intention of getting together in a romantic relationship. Others say that you are boyfriend and girlfriend when you are dating exclusively, and there's no-one else in the picture. However, both Sophie and Kris seem keen to play that aspect down.

Anyway, later in the day, commenting on the would-be couple's closeness, Noirin told Freddie that model Sophie is very intelligent and is a lot cleverer than people think. Here at BBO, we took it that she was basically saying Sophie is clever enough to get a fake relationship going in-order to enhance her game/ get magazine deals etc.

Ahem. Big Brother...
