Second Round Nominees Announced
The second round of nominations took place today and there
were two less participants than before after Saffia quit and
Sophie got evicted. So, after all thirteen housemates had
nominated during another lengthy procedure, the result is
that this week's nominees are:
Cairon and Freddie (aka Halfwit).
Hmm... both nominees have the potential to annoy, but in
a recent BBO Poll fans thought that Cairon would be more annoying
than Freddie if they both lasted in the game. That said, neither
nominee was considered anywhere near as nauseating as Sree
in the same Poll.
Indeed, Sree was second only to Lisa in our 'Who do you want
out next?' Poll, and although Cairon came third and Freddie
fourth in that Poll, neither nominee was anywhere near as
unpopular as the first two. However we digress, seeing as
you can't actually get rid of the lesbian job-seeker or the
Indian virgin this week.
23-year-old Freddie is a bit too eccentric (read: odd) for
many fans, but he's undoubtedly an interesting character due
to his combination of bisexuality, obvious intelligence, privileged
upbringing, gentle demeanour and arty-farty facial hair!
18-year-old Cairon, on the other hand, can be a bit aggressive
and doesn't seem to bring much to the show other than his
close alliance with 'S-Man' Siavash. Indeed, some fans have
dubbed him the 'poor man's Science', a reference to the 20-something
Big Brother 6 contestant who was also into Hip Hop and hoped
to make a living from it.
But while Science managed to intrigue the public enough to
survive eviction three times before getting the boot in Week
8, we don't think cocky Cairon will manage the same feat and
could well get the boot this Friday in a 70/30 type outcome.
So, will posh boy and second-time nominee Fred have said 'Ya'
for the last time on Friday night, or will the British-born
Yank have uttered his last 'Innit'? YOU decide!
The 2nd Eviction of Big Brother 10 takes place on Friday
the 19th of June 2009, and voting lines will open on Tuesday
evening. The voting telephone numbers will be detailed in
another article from our Latest News section soon.
Don't forget to go and vote in our Home page Poll relating
to the 2nd Eviction, which has already gone live and will
run until Friday evening. Remember, it's just for fun and
you still need to register a phone vote or two if you desperately
want rid-of either nominee.
