BB9's Luke Marsden: "All-star Series Wouldn't Work"
Former housemate Luke Marsden has come out of the woodwork
to say that an 'All-star' series of Big Brother wouldn't work.
The BB9 geek's comments came after original Big Brother UK
winner Craig Phillips suggested Channel 4 should do a final
'All-star' charity series next year.
Craig dubbed the current format 'tired' and suggested bringing
back some of the previous contestants/ winners for a short-format
show, stating that many of them are now struggling for money.
And? Fame is like that unfortunately, particularly if you
become famous for doing pretty-much nothing.
Anyway, Luke noted that the former contestants would know
how to play the game, so it wouldn't really work, something
we've been saying for years.
Indeed, since becoming famous during Big Brother 3, the late
Jade Goody appeared on a similar ITV show called 'Back to
Reality' and also, famously, on Celebrity Big Brother 5, but
neither appearance really worked.
That said, Big Brother 9 loser Luke hinted that it could
be good seeing like the likes of him trying to get on with
people such as Big Brother 7's Nikki 'Who Is She?' Grahame.
And we have to admit, it could make for some entertaining
TV, even if they all know the game and how to play it.
If such a series does go ahead though, it'll be a shame that
the one person BB fans would definitely want back, despite
all her wrong-doings and the controversy she caused last time
around, won't be taking part.
R.I.P. Reality TV's biggest star, Jade Goody.
