Task Rules

The housemates must remain chained at all times except when they go to the toilet or the Diary room, and for 10 minutes when preparing for bed and showering/getting dressed in the morning.

Chained housemates must sleep together and upon hearing the wake-up alarm, must assemble on the sofas and participate in the morning exercise routine. They will then have a short period of time to unchain themselves, shower and get dressed before re-chaining.

Housemates must not brush their own teeth or apply their own make-up, moisturisers or sunscreen at any time. These duties must be carried out by the housemate they are chained to.

Housemates can only smoke in the area marked 'Smoking Area', which is in the corner of the garden, opposite the pamper room.

Every day, one chained pair must cook for the rest of the group. The cooking pair will be responsible for preparing, cooking, serving and clearing up. No other housemates are allowed to help themselves to food or drink during that day. If any housemate requires any food or drink they must request it from the cooks, who must serve it to them.

All main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) must be eaten at the dining table. At these meals the housemates must not feed or take a drink themselves, they must instead be fed and watered by the housemate they are coupled to.

The spa pool and baths are out of bounds for the duration of the task.

If the housemates complete the task successfully they'll be treated to a message from their friends and family, and next week's shopping budget will be doubled.

However, if they fail, they will not receive the treat or any shopping again next week.
