It's-a not so bad, It's-a nice-a place
Seemingly having done away with the nasty wake-up alarm sounds,
Big Brother has bizarrely taken to wheeling out old 80's tunes
as a wake-up call of late; today it was the turn of Joe Dolce's
1981 hit 'Shaddup You Face'.
The cheesy song, which goes 'What's-a matter you, hey? Gott-a
no respect' etc., was repeated when it failed to rouse the
sleepy seven. Nadia couldn't believe it when 'oldie' housemate
Dan told her that the song had been No.1 for several weeks.
Once the catchy tune had ended though, Stu and Michelle carried
on singing it for a while in the pamper room, but would-be
pop star Michelle decided to give it her trademark warbled
'Pop Idol reject' performance.
The Big Brother House. It's-a not so bad, it's-a nice-a place
really... except when Michelle insults our ears with her singing
efforts!
