Tonight's 'Finale' Schedule

For tonight's Big Brother 5 Finale, there will be two shows, both hosted our favourite 'shouty' presenter, Davina McCall.

Who else?!

The first show starts at 8.30pm, during-which the phone lines will be suspended and Davina will announce which person has come in 4th place.

The lines will then re-open and voting continues, as the evictee meets Davina almost immediately and is interviewed to find-out about their time in the house.

As soon as that interview is over, the lines will once again be suspended, the votes verified and Davina will announce which of the three remaining contestants is to get the boot.

The first show ends at 9.30pm, but the 3rd placed housemate will NOT leave the house during that show... unless Channel 4 are intending to tape the eviction and dupe the public into thinking that it's live again, as they did at Stuart's eviction? Hmmm.

At the end of the show, the voting lines will re-open and the public will then have a choice of just two contestants to vote for.

The second show starts at 10pm when the person in 3rd place gets to meet Davina etc. Voting lines stay open throughout the interview, but are then closed for good at around 10.15/10.20pm, when Davina will announce the overall Winner.

The runner-up will subsequently leave the house and be interviewed, followed, obviously, by the Winner, who will doubtless have the £63,500 prize money transferred into their bank in an exaggerated 'Catchphrase' style computer animation!

Excited, Big Brother fans?

We certainly are, and can't wait to hear those immortal words: "This is Davina. You are live on Channel 4. Please do not swear".
