Mini-Task: Time Capsule
On a day which started lethargically and became increasingly
tense as the housemates sensed that an eviction was inevitable,
Big Bro set the group a mini-task to take their mind off things
this afternoon.
They were asked to make a time capsule, whereby each of the
five housemates would provide three things: something that
has proved invaluable to them in the House, a DNA sample and
a self-portrait.
Aye up, the DNA thing is a bit 'Big Brother', isn't it?!
How do we know that the omnipresent power isn't planning to
clone one of the housemates...?
Another Nadia? God help us!
Talking of whom, the Portuguese puffer had declared herself
to be in a 'bitchy and impatient mood' earlier in the day,
but nevertheless cracked-on with the task, doubtless encouraged
by Stu's enthusiasm.
Here's what they put into the time capsule, which was later
buried in the garden in a special ceremony:
Dan - Angelic protection spray, a herbal remedy for
achieving 'inner peace and calm'. Whatever! He also added
a lock of his own hair (not that he has much to spare) and
the piccy of himself looking 'extremely tall, with massive
feet and wearing a trilby'.
Jason - Gel hair spray, the kind used to get his spiky
'Troll' look. He also added some earwax (ewww!) and his self-portrait.
Nadia and Shell - Their contributions were ciggy-related,
with Nadia sacrificing a packet containing one fag, and Shell
adding her lighter.
Stuart - A single strand of very long, golden hair,
which represented his 'growth in the house', along with a
piccy of him wearing a Team Handsome belt!
For their efforts, an impressed Big Bro provided some booze
to get them into the party spirit, having offered to throw
a full-on party later in the evening, celebrating not only
their success in the task, but also in reaching the Week 10
milestone.
Ahh... Big Brother, it's all heart.
Erm, not quite, because you can bet the party is just to disguise
the inevitable crowd noise outside for the still-secret eviction.
Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky. Our advice: never trust a slightly-off-the-wall
evil entity if you ever come across one!
