Lisa Leaves The House
With a huge 82% of the public vote, standby contestant Lisa
Jeynes has become the 8th person to get the boot from the
Big Brother House. Steph received 12%, Cameron just 6%.
Having lasted only 2 weeks in the game and been kicked-out
at the first opportunity, the Welsh (white) witch didn't really
get the chance to spice things up as promised, partly because
no-one took to her right from the off.
She did, however, cause quite some friction in the house with
her exaggerated stories, continual talking about herself and
ridiculous claims, like the one that she could 'kill with
just two fingers!'
When it came time to leave, the group formed an archway and
Lisa made her way up the stairs to an almost certainly hostile
reception. And she knew it.
However, the feisty tough-girl defied the massive amount of
booing from the crowd by smiling continuously as came down
the stairway, to be met by family members who told her to,
"Ignore the a***holes".
Once inside the studio, having experienced a particularly
hostile 'walk of shame', Davina asked how she felt about all
the booes.
"I expected it... I was put-in in the sixth week,"
said the eighth evictee, before bigging-up her own strength
of character.
Lisa revealed that she knew Ray's loyalty was to the group
and so his nominations were not a surprise. She also claimed
that she was 'too strong and a threat to all of them', which
was the reason that they couldn't accept her presence.
When asked why she thought the public had got rid of
her, Lisa said it was possibly because she's too loud and
outspoken.
Davina then cheekily pointed-out that the Welsh lass likes
to talk about herself a lot, to which she replied, "If
I hadn't talked about what I've done, no-one would have spoken
to me". Fair point.
Acknowledging that she was only put in the House by Big Bro
to mix things up and could never win, Lisa was adamant that
there was no way she was going to change her personality just
to fit it in with the group. She referred to them as needing
to 'be a bit more like adults'.
Finally, Davina showed the newspaper clippings suggesting
that Lisa was in fact a man and asked her to clarify the situation.
"Er, NO!" said the glammed-up 'one-time looker',
as she confirmed that she was all woman.
Love her or loathe her, as fans we have to offer a big Thank
You to Lisa for really pepping things up, at a time when the
show had pretty much stalled.
