Hey, We're Not Perfect!
Okay, we own up: our penultimate bet where we backed Fed and
Jon to go last Friday was a bit of a disaster.
First we successfully backed Fed to go and won £90 in
the process.
But, we failed to heed our own advice, which was to stop at
betting on the 4th eviction (see Betting Zone), by placing
a £100 stake on Jon to go at the 5th eviction... a gamble
which failed. Oops!
Oh well, 'that's the way it goes' and in our defence, Jon's
eviction surprised many experts - if things had gone well
for us, we'd have been sitting on a £135 profit, not
a loss of £10.
Saying that, we've won on other evictions during this series
so we're not giving-up now. And it's only a bit of fun really,
we don't expect to become millionaires.
On the subject of betting, we just wanted to point-out that
you can still get some fairly good odds on both Ray and Cameron.
We haven't backed Ray yet, but as time marches on it's getting
very tempting to do so.
At today's odds of 3/1, if you were to stake £20 on
the Irishman becoming the overall Winner of BB4, you'd stand
to return £80. If you stick the same £20 on Cameron
at his current odds of 4/1, you stand to return £100.
What you might want to take into account is that Cam has a
2-week amnesty from being nominated, so he is guaranteed to
last that little bit longer in the game.
Far enough to win? Only you can be the judge that, but if
you think it's a possibility and would like to try and cash-in,
then why not head over to our Betting Zone section to check-out
the latest odds and have a flutter?
It's quick and easy to do and all new accounts get a FREE
£10 bet, after having placed their first bet.
So, good luck and remember, don't blame us if it all goes
pear-shaped... if we told you jump over a cliff etc, etc!
