1st Evictee - It Was Anouska!
20-year-old nursery assistant Anouska Golebiewski has become
the first person to be evicted from the Big Brother House
this season.
This is the most unenviable position to be in, not least because
no-one ever remembers the first one to go frankly. Go on try;
we bet you can't even remember back to BB3, let alone BB's
1 and 2!
Upon being told the bad news by Davina, the House was in shock
as cries of disbelief sounded out from the group.
These were quickly followed by tears, the biggest culprit
being Gos who blubbed like a baby at the sheer emotion of
it all.
Anouska had just one hour to pack-up her things and when the
time came to leave, she made a heartfelt and emotional 'thank
you' speech to the group, but not before stating that, "The
one thing I wanted was not to be the first (evictee)".
It was a 46% percent majority that forced the lively Mancunian
to leave, against 31% of the public vote for the closest contender,
Jon. Still, someone's 'gotta go and the group made the traditional
archway of hands for their youngest member to exit beneath
as they serenaded her with 'You Are My Sunshine'.
As the slightly nervous evictee traversed the stairs for the
second and last time, the new lower lift-style doors began
to close on the soon-to-be ex-housemates who were cheering
her on. However, they managed to quickly prise open the doors
and get an extra glimpse before Anouska disappeared into the
distance.
After being met by her excited family on the outside, a tame
'walk of shame' followed and then straight into the studio
for a debriefing with Davina.
Here, Anouska revealed that she thought Fed was 'wicked' and
that Jon and Justine, possibly Tania, would be up for eviction
this coming week.
All in all, well done Anouska. We didn't get to find out that
much about you, but although you were too loud for some, you
were bubbly, pretty and harmless - only time will tell whether
you should have stayed a little while longer, as we thought
you were destined-to tonight.
