You Ask Us: How Do I Apply For Big Brother 5?

From the huge amount of e-mails that we've been receiving recently, it seems that Big Brother fans in their droves are chomping at the bit to apply for the next series of their favourite show, due this summer.

However, lots of people have become confused as-to whether they've missed the application deadline or not. The answer is no; it's simply been postponed for a month or so. Phew!

Usually, applications are invited in early December, but this year Channel 4 want to concentrate on a new reality endurance show called 'Shattered' first.

Beginning on January 4th and hosted by BBLB babe-magnet Dermot O'Leary, the show will observe 12 contestants as they attempt to stay awake (no jokes about Big Brother 4 please! - Ed).

So, rest assured that you haven't missed the deadline yet. Potential applicants just need to keep an eye on the Big Brother Online site over the coming weeks for more details on how to apply.
