'Follow The Van' - Exactly What Is It?

Dermot talked about it the other night on BBLB and the housemates have played it a few times. But what exactly is 'Follow The Van' all about?

Basically, it appears to be a bedtime game that was developed by Adele, Kate and Alex. It involves a small plastic van (a freebie in a cereal packet), a duvet, some 'game' participants and a lot of giggling!

Some weeks ago, Jade heard the trio playing the game under the covers, but they refused to let her in on the under-the-cover shenanigans. However, the Bermondsey girl has remained inquisitive.

Explaining all he knows about the mystery game, Jonny began with, "It's just something I caught Adele, Alex and Kate doing."

"I walked in the bedroom and Kate just rolled out of Adele's bed. Kate was in bed with Adele and they were giggling and Alex just kept showing this little thing that was glowing in the dark and Kate said, 'We're playing Follow The Van'."

The Geordie fire-fighter then described how he thought the game was played, suggesting that they would switch the lights off and move the glow-in-the-dark toy around the room, while someone followed it.

Jade remained suspicious however, and recalled, "But nobody stood-up when they were playing, they were all lying in bed."

"Yeah, because they were just going like that," said Jonny, revealing more of his theory by moving an imaginary toy van across his body.

Still a little sceptical, Jade said, "With the covers like that? And showing them where it is? Rude places! But in the bed together?", before announcing that it was, "Rude."

And indeed, from what we can make out, the van does get to journey to some very rude places!
