Ex-Housemate Adele Reveals Her True Feelings

Adele has been chatting about her Big Brother experience and true feelings towards her ex-housemates today.

Talking to Radio 1's Chris Moyles this afternoon, the Southport girl revealed how there was nobody in the house that she really disliked, including Jonny!

When asked why she went on the show, she first told how she wanted to 'change her life.' However, the truth then came out and she conceded that getting a higher profile for her DJ'ing career was always going to be a bonus.

It was suggested to Adele that she understood 'how it worked,' and she accepted the comment, thereby effectively having admitted to 'playing the game.'

And about what she'd learnt from the experience, the fitness fan said she'd learnt to, "Let it go," when she has a problem.
