Round And Round They Go

On their first morning of 'freedom,' several of the housemates were up early and ex-paupers Jade, PJ and Kate headed for the pool.

Following quite literally in Sandy and Adele's footsteps, the trio indulged in some early-morning walking, led by unlikely fitness instructor Jade.

Having not been in the pool for weeks, Kate was first to join the Bermondsey girl, who subsequently managed to recruit PJ into her water-walking club.

Sandy would have been proud.
