Call Me Mister Vain

PJ and Tim's haircare routines couldn't be more different.

You have Tim on one side of the house, who takes 10 to 15 minutes each day, afro-combing, gelling and generally twiddling his hair into perfection.

It is also rumoured that he dyes it, from ginger to black.

PJ, on the other hand, just clippers all of his off and done-with. The bald Brummie has pondered over whether his head will 'shine' when seen on TV, several times.

However, when it comes to bodily hair, the two have something in common.

Whilst Tim has been seen plucking hairs and shaving his chest under the covers, possibly to help keep-up the 'non-ginger' pretence, PJ has taken to shaving his back.

Enlisting the help of Jade at the helm of the clippers, the offending back hair was duly removed this afternoon, attracting the attentions of Adele who shouted, "Eurgh Jade," in pseudo disgust.

Ten years ago this kind of behaviour would have received jibes such as, "Hello sailor!" but now it seems that 'male grooming' has finally come of age!*

*Except in the Spencer household, where it's apparently taboo!
