The Talk Of The Town

She was the topic of discussion for Adele and Jonny last night, now Alex and Adele have been talking to Sophie about the backlash against her.

Bitching about Sophie, or more precisely 'taking the pi**', has become somewhat of a pastime for the richies recently, including both Alex and Adele.

However, in a candid conversation this morning, the trio discussed the situation with Sophie admitting, "I'm not everyone's cup of tea." However, the Marlow girl was at a loss as-to why Jade disliked her so much.

Acknowledging that she can sometimes come across the wrong way, Sophie said, "I know I can be seen as false, but it's my nature to go out of my way to get on with people."

"It's a shame," she added. "If I had an issue with you Adele I would say something. I really value your friendship. With Jade, if that's what she thinks about me, that's what she thinks about me."

Alex tried to remain neutral but defended Jade by suggesting that he too hadn't got on with her at times.

The thing that has struck us here at Big Brother Online is this: Adele claims to genuinely like Sophie, but has participated in the backlash against her. Being respected by both Jade and Tim, she is in the perfect position to put a stop to all the bad feeling; yet she just sits back and says nothing.

She could halt the almost-bullying behaviour with a few quiet words in the right ears, but she chooses not to. What does this say about Adele?
