Morning Banter

Growing friends Alex and Adele have been making plans for their future together.

However, they haven't proposed marriage, the two early-risers we're merely sat discussing how they might go abroad together to do some shopping after the series has ended.

Breakfasting on the not-so-sophisticated combination of jasmin tea and beans on toast, Adele put-forward, "I think I'm going to have to come over to Germany with you and buy some trousers. Would you let me?"

"No problem," came Alex's firm answer.

The conversation then turned to the hot topic of Jade and Sophie.

Alex and Adele had shared a frank conversation last night about the situation, in-which Adele described how Jade, "Craves attention all the time," and, "Talks over people."

Adele said about Sophie, "I think she's really nice," and said that although she does repeat things, it was harmless.

In the same conversation, Alex said how, "Jade's not as thick as she likes to make out she is." They had both said that they like Jade, but the feeling was mutual when Alex said, "I can see Sophie going on Friday. I don't want her to go out of the two."

Alex feared that Jade was going to stab him in the back at some point and Adele colluded.

The conversation continued this morning, but no real progress was made.

Frankly, it's getting harder and harder to work Adele out, given that she says things (about Jade) like, "I'm not slagging her off, 'cos I do really, really like her," one minute, and then the next minute she is rooting for the youngster's eviction.

Is it blatant two-faced behaviour or, as we have previously suggested, is Adele just playing the game? If the latter, she has certainly fooled Alex, as he recently described her as being one of the few housemates not 'in it to win,' something the Southport DJ went along with.
