The Girls Plot

Kate has urged the girls to create a cheerleading routine if they end up on the same side of the House next week.

Jade and Adele listened intently as Kate suggested ideas for a three minute routine - with Destiny's Child's 'Survivor' being Adele's choice.

Jade, never quite on the same plane as everyone else, suggested an Adam and Eve style dance involving leaves, before Kate recreated a dance routine she had performed at school. Using her chair as a prop, she wiggled about suggestively from behind the poor bars as Jade and Adele looked on.

Sophie, not one to allow herself to be drawn into such triviality, wasn't participating.

That left Alex, who chose to crack open his first bottle of wine as he soaked up the sun in the garden. And we haven't even hit high noon yet!

Ah life is tough in the Big Brother House.
