Big Bro Sets A Musical Challenge

Newbie housemate Tim will enter the house today and Big Brother has set the existing eight housemates a challenge; to write a welcoming song.

Instruments will be provided, which should suit Spencer and Jonny, who both claim to be able to play guitar.

As the group tried to decide what tune to base their song on this morning, they went through various hits from Oasis to Desree. Jade attempted to come with some lyrics and her first suggestion was, jokingly, "Tim you're dim."

"That will go down well," PJ commented, unaware that the new boy was a fellow graduate. Alex then amusingly chipped-in with his idea that the poor side could sing, "Come on Timmy, light my fire!"

The writing of the song was a bit of a shambles, with no-one agreeing on what to sing. At one point, the housemates even threatened to litter the song with obscenities, just so that Big brother couldn't transmit it!

Whether they do or not, however, remains to be seen. They will perform their original ditty as soon as Tim enters the house.
