More Misdemeanours

Is boredom getting to the 'poor' side? Both PJ and Spencer were called to the Diary Room after a night of rule-breaking.

First the 'poor' housemates got in trouble with Big Brother for discussing the nomination process.

PJ, Spencer, Jonny and Kate were sitting in the garden when Kate brought up the subject. "I can't believe it's tomorrow," she said, and it got Spencer thinking about who he'd like to nominate.

"Be funny if we could nominate the new person," he laughed. "Just be easier wouldn't it, because I don't know them."

The banned topic of conversation continued, with Jonny complaining about having to give reasons at all for his nominations.

After a couple of minutes, PJ was called to the Diary Room and announced upon his return, "Basically I've got to tell you, Big Brother are getting p****d off. We're not allowed to talk about it full stop."

Jonny wasn't happy, "I've heard people talking about nominations and they never got called in."

But rules are rules, as Spencer found out again later on. The group decided to go to bed at just after five o'clock but Spencer was anxious to wake up and enjoy the potential sunshine later.

Taking a piece of coal from the barbecue, he wrote a message on the paving to the 'rich' side saying, "Please wake us at 12 (midday) if hot".

The others sensed it wasn't a good idea, with Kate reminding Spencer, "We wrote messages on the table and got in trouble." But he wasn't to be deterred and told the others not to worry, claiming it wasn't a "dodgy message".

Within seconds of completing the note, Spencer was called into the Diary Room for a telling off. PJ reacted quickly, hosing the message off the ground.

But it may not be as easy to wipe the slate clean with Big Brother. Spencer and Kate already have one strike each - two more and they're out!
