Tidy Girl

Clearly at least one housemate is House-proud. Adele has just completed a three-hour cleaning stint making sure the gaff is spick and span for Davina tonight.

It's eviction day and either Jonny or Lee is for the chop. And with the live cameras focussing on the excited contestants from 8.30pm, whoever departs come ten o'clock will be leaving a tidy residence behind them.

Beginning at an astonishing nine in the morning, the part-time DJ brushed the carpets, emptied the bins, fed the chickens, lit the outside stove, changed her microphone batteries, washed the work surfaces and finally picked fluff from the floor.

Catching the closing moments of Adele's House overhaul was bodybuilder Lee. "This place would be a pig-sty if it wasn't for you," he commented, before Adele rushed off for some last minute scrubbing.

But the question remains, will the nominated torso king be around to see Adele's next cleaning session?
