No Meat Is Murder

The strain of being on the "poor" side of the divide has finally got to Jade.

Having lived on just chickpeas and lentils for six days, the hungry 21-year-old dental nurse broke down in floods of tears on the shoulder of Adele this evening.

Adele comforted her and tapped into the problem straight away, "I know, when you're hungry it makes you so upset." Jade continued to whimper, "I woke up feeling sick."

Adele, limited in what she could offer her friend, could only think as far as the basic rations that the "poor" team have in their makeshift kitchen cupboards. "Can you eat rice, 'cos it fills you up?" she asked.

The Southport lass then went one step further in her attempts to provide Jade with some hope by suggesting that tomorrow they dig up the whole garden!

"I've got nothing to look forward to. I've got no one to nominate either", she said, referring to Big Brother's earlier decision to ban the Bermondsey girl from making any nominations next week.

But with Adele as her emotional rock, the 21-year-old began to perk up slightly, conceding, "I sooo love it (in the House) 'cos I'm here, but I so hate it too."

"Don't think that you're not going to get back to the other side," Adele assured her in a moment of optimism, "'cos I swear you will."

But will Jade ever get to the rich side? She'll have to wait 'til Saturday's task to see if her housemate's predictions come true.
