Sandy Goes Stir Crazy and Breaks Out!

After 'handing in his Big Brother notice' last night, it seems that Sandy really has gone stir crazy today.

He was due to leave the house at around 7pm tonight, however the Scot arose early this morning and decided to break out. He had previously discussed with his housemates how he'd been planning it for a few days.

Reminiscent of comedian Jack Dee during Celebrity Big Brother, the ex-army man scaled the roof in his escape bid, but was soon called down by Big Brother producers, concerned for his safety.

Sandy, who was promptly strapped-up in a straight jacket*, was carted off to appear before the Top producers and the last we heard, he was, "resting."

No doubt they were trying to talk him into appearing on Big Brother's Little Brother, but at this stage it is not known whether Sandy will appear on the show later today.

Producers have yet to announce whether a replacement contestant will enter the Big Brother house this weekend.

*We made that bit up for effect! Sandy wouldn't mind, he knew that the escape bid would make great TV, so was partial to doing things for effect himself.
