NEWSFLASH: Sandy Set To Follow Sunita And Walk

For the second time since Big Brother 3 began less than a few weeks ago, a contestant has decided to call it a day and walk.

Following Sunita's record short attendance, Sandy has managed to last just 13 days longer and will leave the house on Wednesday.

The personal shopper has been fretting for days over whether to leave and he' made it clear to everyone that he wanted to be voted out this weekend. He would have got his wish as far as the public voting went, but he received too few nominations to make it possible.

After lengthy chats with Big Brother, he emerged from the diary room at around 7.30pm tonight for a heart-to-heart with close ally Alex. "I'm bored, mate, I can't do it. First time in my life, I admit defeat," said the Big Scot. Alex took the news well and declared how he had made a new friend at least.

After further talks with the Big Cheese, at 10.30pm Sandy once again emerged from the diary room and this time declared to the whole group, "I might as well tell you all up front, I'm leaving tomorrow."

Jade was in tears at the news and had to be consoled by the others. Spencer matter-of-factly stated, "We'll genuinely miss you Sandy," and PJ suggested that he might even get out, only to find that he was the most popular guy in there!

To be frank, we'd have thought that a solicitor, nay a Barrister and an ex-army man would have had the tenacity and stamina to last the distance. However, ultimately they were outlasted by no less than a skinny, hygiene-obsessed male model (we love 'ya Alex!)

Surely now, the Big Brother production team are starting to wonder if all their recent "decisions" have been for the best?

Sandy will leave the house via the back door on Wednesday 12th June at 7pm. His exit will be covered live on E4.
