It's Nomination Day And The Tide Is Turning

Today is the second nomination day proper, but effectively the third nominations.

Even though nominations should not be discussed, Alex was this morning talking about them to Adele, albeit vaguely. He detailed how he was in a dilemma over who to nominate because several housemates had indicated they want to go, including his close ally Sandy.

"I'm not sure whether I want to nominate the people who have said they've had enough," he said. "There are others I could vote for, but when you know people want to go, that is an easy reason. Still, I'm not sure whether it is a fair."

The physical house divide had definitely had an effect on the model, as he spoke of, "A housemate on that side who has annoyed me with all his gloating." He was clearly referring to Lee.

"Until this week, I had no problem with that person, but that has changed now. I'm still not sure where to put my vote this week," he said. Adele, formerly close to the big fella, picked up on Alex's disdain and confirmed that she too had a problem with the housemate that he was referring to.

One thing's for sure, the bars, although controversial with the public, have certainly made things less predictable and as we suspected, have put the proverbial cat amongst the pigeons.

The nominations take place this afternoon and the result will be announced soon.
