The Double Act

Kate, Ali, Spence and Jonny were sat chatting in the lounge into the early hours, when the conversation turned to Jonny's band. He detailed what his role in the band was and when someone mentioned Equity cards, Alison piped up that she'd done some acting.

She had apparently been in the afternoon TV series Doctors just the week before the show, receiving payment of £300 for a couple of hours work. Jonny then revealed how he'd been in Byker Grove and had to do 2 days work for his £200.

Alison then revealed that she had been in numerous TV programmes including Crimewatch Reconstruction's, Woof, Boon, (old) Crossroads and The Locksmith, where she played a glamorous cop.

The cinema worker, who hadn't informed Big Brother about all of her experience, told how she didn't really like acting and was pushed into it as a child. However, she conceded that, "The money's fantastic."

Ali's honesty prompted Jonny to reveal that he had also been in a series called Badger. The thing is, we thought that Big Brother didn't want "wannabe's" this year?

We would have thought that the fact Ali gave her agent's details when she applied might have been a bit of a clue? Doh!
