The Sensible Club

After the 1st nominations, Sandy and Alex moved to the bedroom for one of their now common chit-chats.

The pair discussed how they were getting pi**ed off with all the repetitive, childish behaviour, such as the continual mimicking of Davina telling the housemates not to swear.

Also grating on them was the fact that everyone else always seems to talk over one another. "It's just always got to be at f*****g two thousand decibels, " said Sandy, re-iterating his point.

Earlier in the day, Sandy had recounted how, when he reached 40, he made a decision to, "Not spend time on small talk with tw*ts I don't like." So why the hell did he apply for Big Brother, as that's almost inevitable?!

Alex confirmed their alliance by saying that he didn't want to go up against Sandy in the nominations. The feeling was mutual, with Sandy declaring, "If you were to leave before me, I reckon I would have to be next."

It was notable that when Sophie entered the house last night, the conversation eventually turned serious and meaningful, with talk of family deaths etc. It remains to be seen whether she'll remain one of the 'in crowd,' or defect to the Sensible Club.
