The Editor's Xmas Message
It's the end of the year and the highly-successful third series
of 'Big Brother UK' is long gone.
'Celebrity Big Brother 2' came and went. 'Pop Stars The Rivals'
recently ended and now 'Fame Academy' has graduated... so
what the hell are we all going to watch now?!
Sure, Corrie and Eastenders et al keep a great number of people
going throughout the year, but they're not quite the same
as the reality shows for daily gossip, are they?
Oh well, I'm sure we'll all find something to keep us busy
and here at BBO Towers, we might even put down the TV remote
and go out, it has been known!
At least you can console yourself that there's bound
to be some cracking films on at Christmas time... that you've
only seen about 400 times already! 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang'
anyone? (Actually, that would be pretty cool. Ahem).
Still, get Christmas out of the way and there's only 5 months
to wait until our fave programme returns, mesmerising and
compelling us to become glued to TV set for another 2 months
solid. Yes, we're talking 'Prime Minister's Question Time'...
erm, no, BIG BROTHER 4!
I would just like to say a personal thanks to all of you for
visiting and supporting Big Brother Online during 2002 and
the bbo team looks forward to seeing you again next year -
remember, we shall continue to update the site with Big Brother
related stories throughout 2003.
Have a great Christmas and I hope you don't receive too many
duff presents or make yourself too ill gorging on Quality
Street and Turkey.
And if you do end-up a couple of pounds heavier in January
('if'? 'when' more like!), don't panic - BB3's Jade and Kate
will both be releasing fitness videos to help you get back
into shape. Um, Jade? Fitness? Whatever!
Look-out for the DVD's and Vids in our Shop section at the
beginning of the New Year.
Right, I'm off to do some Christmas shopping... or shall I
start on Christmas Eve like normal? Hmm, decisions,
decisions - like which of the Pop Stars Rivals CD's to buy
(for my enemies).
Who'll make it to Number 1, the Girls or the Boys? Frankly,
who cares?!
Have a good one.
Regards,
JD
Editor, Big Brother Online
PS. Everything has been crossed off my Christmas list by friends
and relatives except one item. A red Lotus Elise. Want to
swap gifts anyone?!.
