Celebrity Big Brother 2 Begins Today

After much hype, secrecy and speculation, Celebrity Big Brother 2 will finally begin later today.

This is the cut-down version of Big Brother where the contestants are actually 'famous' people, celebrities if you will. Well, kind of!

It follows the success of the original series, broadcast early last year, where the celebs were billed by the media as being B-List or C-List i.e. not exactly at the peak of their careers.

That worked well for certain housemates like Claire Sweeney, who pretty much kick-started her career off the back of her involvement in the show. However, others like eccentric ex-boxer Chris Eubank and neurotic ex-chat show host Vanessa Feltz didn't fare so well and showed themselves up to an extent.

So, can we expect lots of drunken behaviour, arguments and nudity just like all three series of Big Brother proper? We're not so sure about that, but there was certainly tantrums, drunken silliness and lots of laughs in evidence during the previous 'charity' version of our fave show, so we can't wait!
