More CBB2 Contestant Speculation
Speculation has been rife over the past few days as-to which
"celebs" will be going into the Big Brother house
on Wednesday for a ten-day stint.
The latest names linked to this special charity version of
Big Brother are:
Thirty-something comedian and TV presenter Mel Giedroyc, famous
for Light Lunch a while ago and currently featuring in the
Kingsmill adverts with comedy partner Sue Perkins. 48-year-old
Les Dennis, 'old man' of actress Amanda Holden. Mark Owen,
the 28-year-old munchkin-like former 'boy band' member.
Of course, many, many names have now been linked to the show,
fuelling continuous speculation. The most laughable aspect,
is that countless 'has-beens' have sprung out the woodwork,
claimed to have been invited to appear but "had to turn
Channel 4 down due to work commitments." Yeh, right...
like they were even invited in the first place!
To
be honest, due to our reliable inside sources, we already
pretty-much know who the contestants are for Celebrity Big
Brother 2. So, are we going to spill the beans? Nah, that
would just spoil the fun!
And besides, if we were to disclose that information, someone
in the production team would probably lose their job and Channel
4 are likely to throw a tantrum and 'send the boys round'.
Then again, they'd have to get past the Security at BBO Towers
and that's no mean feat!
We're happy to let the guessing continue. In fact, we'll be
publishing all the names mentioned so far in our Discussion
Forum on Monday, when you'll be very welcome to come along,
chat to other fans and maybe make up some rumours of your
own?
