Big Brother Uncut 3 Now Available

Channel 4, the rotters. Just when you thought you'd weaned yourself off Big Brother, they go and release the 'Uncut' Video and DVD to rekindle your addiction!

Big Brother Uncut 3 takes a look back at the hit show of the summer; the one that kept us all glued to our TV's and PC's, night after night.

There's almost 2 hours of content, including the main BB happenings from Day 1 through to Day 64, plus a brief look at the application process.

Get ready to watch Jade 'running her mouth', whimpering like a baby and narrowly avoiding a punch-up with Adele. Then there's oddball Sandy peeing in the bin and legging it over the wall to escape. And let's not forget the 'weegate' scandal that got hygiene-obsessed Alex so riled.

You'll also be reminded of Follow The Van, the near-revolt led by 'Mr Comprunde' Tim the Toff, and the glass bars that divided the house physically and emotionally. See? - the fun, frolics and controversy is all starting to come back to you now, isn't it?!

To be honest, it's great to watch the gang's antics all over again including all the drinking, arguing, flirting and messing about. Seeing big Alison back in action really brings a smile to the face... and a feeling that she should never have gone so early in the game.

Amongst the 'previously unseen' footage, there's a ten-minute section dedicated to "that night." And whilst PJ still maintains that nothing happened to this day, all we can say is that Jade looks quite 'handy' under the covers. 'Nuff said!

And of course, how could the video possibly be complete without a liberal dose of Jadeisms. Watching the vid, we were quite taken with a classic that somehow managed to get past us the first time around: "I'm 'gonna be racking my brain out and I ain't got much to rack." Quite!

The DVD version of Big Brother Uncut 3 features an hour's worth of extras including all 14 contestants' Application Videos and, as requested by us, the advert clips of Avid Merrion.

Avid was the ginger-haired character who represented the 'Number 1 Big Brother Superfan' during BB3. 40 of his e4 clips have made it onto the DVD and e4 viewers will doubtless be tempted to buy it, just to watch those somewhat 'weird but funny' clips all over again.

A bit short on 'cut' material, this release is nevertheless a 'must have' for serious fans and makes compelling and nostalgic viewing now that Big Brother has been off our screens for a while.
